How to Place an Order

To place an order on Revoshop, follow these simple steps:

1. Browse our products and add the items you wish to purchase to your cart.
2. Click on the “Cart” icon at the top of the page when you are ready to checkout.
3. Review your cart and click “Proceed to Checkout.”
4. Enter your shipping and billing information.
5. Select a shipping method and payment method.
6. Review your order and click “Place Order” to complete your purchase.

Order Confirmation

After placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email with the details of your purchase. You can also track your order status directly on our website.

Order Changes and Cancellations

If you need to modify or cancel your order, contact us as soon as possible. We will make every effort to accommodate your request before the order is processed.

Returns and Exchanges

Revoshop accepts returns and exchanges within 7 days of delivery, unless otherwise specified for a product. Returned items must be in new and unused condition. A clear video of unboxing the parcel is required, with no cuts or pauses. To return or exchange a product, contact us to obtain a Return Authorization Number (RAN). You are responsible for return shipping unless otherwise stated. Refunds will be processed after we receive and inspect the returned items.

Return Exceptions

The following items are not eligible for return:

• Items that have been worn or used
• Items that are damaged
• Items that are personalized or made to order
• Final sale items
