• How do I place an order?

Browse our collections, add your favorite items to the cart, and proceed to checkout. Enter your shipping and payment details to confirm your order.

• What are your shipping rates?

We offer free shipping on all orders above ₹1499. For orders below ₹1499, a flat rate of ₹69 applies.

• When will I receive my order?

Orders are usually shipped within 1-2 business days. Delivery times vary by location and method selected. A tracking number will be provided after dispatch.

• Can I return or exchange my order?

Yes, Revoshop accepts returns and exchanges within 7 days of delivery (conditions apply per product). Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging. A clear unboxing video without cuts or pauses is required for return claims. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

• What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit/debit cards, UPI, Net Banking, Paytm, Razorpay, and popular wallets.
