At Revoshop, we offer multiple shipping options across India to ensure your orders reach you conveniently and on time.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight, size, and destination of your order. You will be able to review shipping charges before completing your checkout.

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Once your order has been processed, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details so you can follow your package in real-time.

Delivery Times

Delivery times vary depending on the selected shipping method. Most orders within India are delivered within 3-7 business days after processing. During peak seasons, delivery may take slightly longer.

International Shipping

Currently, we do not offer international shipping. We are focusing on providing the best delivery experience within India and hope to expand globally soon.

Returns and Exchanges

We accept returns and exchanges within 7 days of delivery. Specific return eligibility will be mentioned on each product page. Returned items must be in new and unused condition. Please provide a clear, uninterrupted video of the package being opened when returning items. To initiate a return or exchange, contact our team to obtain a Return Authorization Number (RAN). Please note that customers are responsible for shipping costs for returns, unless otherwise stated.

Shipping Damages

If your order arrives damaged, contact us immediately at support@revoshop.in. We will work with the shipping carrier to file a claim and ensure your order is replaced or reshipped at no additional cost.
